Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP and a frightened dad Henry. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. I share my life- my highs, lows and everything in between. I arrived in America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At one and a half years older. I wouldn't be here sharing my life with you if it weren't because my parents are devoted to dedication and hard work. As I knew I could be a successful person I set out to succeed and make my parents proud. My life was set out as follows: I'd study at university, land work in a corporate then marry, and purchase an apartment. I figured that was the definition of success. However, life had other plans to show me what it meant to be successful. It was 2013 when I discovered that I didn't like working in my job as a corporate employee. The status and the money didn't inspire me. I felt like I wasted my time to earn money. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was exercising. I also liked having fun and being able to aid other people. As I moved towards the new direction of my life, I discovered the personal training I needed. The year 2014 was the year that I established my company and it will be the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. Within this industry there is a lack of Asian women. As an instructor, my aim is to encourage people to lead a healthy and fulfilled life through creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet each individual's needs and goals. Also, I want people to feel empowered to pursue their goals and achieve anything they desire in life. In the beginning of my career, the death of my mom was the most devastating hit to my personal life. She won her eight year fight with the disease and now rests in Heaven and with me in my thoughts and heart at all times. It is true that life has the capacity to give us exactly what we need even when we're unable to grasp the lessons at this moment. The death of my mother changed me so much and I believe she gave me another chance to live my life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. The opportunity was there to begin her new life as I was given my second shot at living a happy and fulfilling life. The thing I'm feeling now at the age of 30 is a sense of awe and vitality. It's like I'm truly living instead of just being. My story is made available to me so that I may share with you my experiences and words. It will allow you to know you're not alone. You're capable of getting anything you'd like to. Therapy is vital as is regular. Health is the greatest riches. I hope to live your life at the highest level and not have regrets about the end of your life. The death of a person is the only guarantee in our lives.
